YUASA Batteries, the stock replacement for most bikes

We have tried to fill a correct application list. However our application list could not meet your bike specifics (for ex different from Europe to USA), or could change without any notice (it is usual that the manufacturer changes battery specifics), so please check battery dimensions and positive plug position. Do not consider our list contractual.

RH Polarity means that Positive Plug is in the Right Front Edge

This battery is a AGM Charged & Sealed Battery, delivered already CHARGED and READY to be mounted, before preparing the parcel we complete a full activation and charging procedure with a specific charger and then finally we verify the battery with a specific tool.
You don’t need to charge or to add acid before install. it is a new battery, never used. For more details continue reading the page.

On 01 February 2021, Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on the marketing and use of explosives precursors, amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and repealing Regulation (EU) No 98/2013 (Text with EEA relevance) entered into force, the regulation PROHIBITS the sale to final consumers ( without specific license) of numerous substances including acids used to activate batteries. This new regulation does not affect lithium batteries, it does not affect Factory Activated Sealed Batteries, it only affects the batteries to be activated, i.e. those in which the acid supplied is included in the package, and the batteries whose activation requires the introduction of the acid through the nozzles over the lid (the classic caps).
We will continue to supply batteries following these procedures:

• The batteries in which the acid is included in the package (AGM batteries, eg Yuasa YTX, Unibat CB) will be activated by us before being dispatched, we will also complete the initial charge and then finally we will test with a specific tool. The Battery will be delivered Activated, Sealed, Ready to be Used, therefore no liquid will be present in the package (the electrolyte is absorbed into a mesh of thin glass fibers). Activation is serviced by us for free. This procedure in addition to being compliant with current legislation is a further guarantee of the quality of the battery, all batteries that do not pass the final test will in fact be discarded. NB: The expected delivery indicated on the web site may be subject to delays due to the time required for the preparation of the battery. The batteries activated in this way are ready to use on the motorcycle or stored without being recharged for a maximum period of 60 days (cold climates) or 90 days (warm climates), or only if properly keep in charge.
• The Batteries whose activation requires the introduction of acid through the nozzles over the lid (traditional lead-acid batteries on whose lid there are caps), cannot be shipped already activated because the liquid could leak during transport, will be shipped by us as they arrive from the factory then dry. Activation should be serviced by a qualified installer, or by who holds the license required for the possession of the acid. Activation will be possible for us only if collected in our phisical shop.
