Return Policy for RabbanMoto.com

Overview

We want you to love your purchase from RabbanMoto.com. If you’re not satisfied, our return policy ensures a straightforward process, provided the item meets our conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unopened, in their original sealed packaging with all tags attached.
    • Unused, in new condition with no scratches, scuffs, or signs of use.
    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Apparel and helmets must be returned in their original garment/helmet bag (or equivalent protection) to prevent damage during shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or installed products (e.g., electronics with broken seals, tools with opened packaging).
  • Items with missing or damaged packaging, tags, or components.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation.
  • Promotional or bundled items included as offers, unless returned in their original, unopened condition; otherwise, their value may be deducted from the refund.

How to Return an Item

  • Request a Return: Contact us at ecommerce@rabbanmoto.com  or call +974 7759 9598 within 14 days to initiate your return. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and documentation. Use protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include Documentation:
    • Include the original invoice inside the package.
    • Optionally, print and include a return form with your order number, name, and return reason. If you cannot print, write your order number and name on a piece of paper and include it with the invoice.
  • Ship the Item: Send the package using a trackable courier (we recommend Aramex for international returns or Qatar Post for domestic returns).
    • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. For domestic returns, expect to pay approximately 25 QAR via Qatar Post.
    • International returns should be marked as “Merchandise Return” to avoid brokerage fees.
    • Accepting a shipment from the courier confirms the package is sealed and in good condition upon receipt.

Refunds

  • Returns are inspected within 24–48 hours of receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping fees (e.g., 25 QAR for domestic orders), return shipping costs, and service charges (e.g., payment processing fees) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For purchases made with partner vouchers or installment plans, refunds may be issued as RabbanMoto –
System: Moto.com store credit.
  • Items returned with missing or damaged packaging may incur a processing fee of up to 20% of the item’s cost or be returned to the customer.

Immediate Defective Items Replacement

  • For items with a manufacturing defect (non-software), we offer a replacement with an identical item within 7 days of delivery, provided:
    • The item is free of scratches or signs of misuse.
    • The original packaging, including the box, manuals, and accessories, is returned.
    • A technical report from an authorized service center may be required for certain electronics.
  • Contact us at ecommerce@rabbanmoto.com with photos of the defect to initiate the process. We will provide a prepaid return label via Aramex or Qatar Post and ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Warranty Claims

  • For items under manufacturer warranty, contact us at ecommerce@rabbanmoto.com  within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim. Processing may take 4–8 weeks, depending on the manufacturer’s policies.
  • Customers may need to cover shipping costs for international warranty claims.
  • Warranty services are limited to the country of purchase (Qatar) for locally bought items.

Abuse of Return Policy

  • To ensure fairness, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee or refuse service if multiple (more than 2) identical or similar items are ordered with the intent to return most of them. Contact our team for sizing or fitment advice before ordering.
